Oct. 3, 2014- The Swenson Lease Project has been SOLD OUT. This prospect consists of 8 wells located in Haskell County, Texas. We anticipate 7 of the wells to be oil producers and one well for water disposal. The #14 well on this lease came in at over 200 BOPD after we reworked it!
Oct. 20, 2014- The Herring Lease Project has been SOLD OUT. This prospect has 3 wells on the lease. We are reworking 2 wells for oil production, and the third might be used for water disposal.
Sept. 14, 2015- The Leonard Lease Project has been SOLD OUT. The Leonard prospect has 2 wells on the lease. After reviewing the well data and completion reports, Landmaster believes that these two wells were mismanaged. These wells may produce 50 BOPD resulting in a good return on investment.
